IVC Seals and their Distribution in Mohenjo daro

This paper aims to give an idea to IVC researchers about seals distribution in Mohenjo-Daro. I assembled seals and their finding location. After going through, the distribution of seals in Mohenjo-Daro, I concluded that the unicorn seal was a legal bonding and affiliation between the elites and state. Elites were authorized by the state to conduct economic and other affairs.

This paper is a part of ongoing research for deciphering the Indus script.
